Let’s turn your idea into a reality! We start with a Stakeholder Meeting to discuss your product and understand your goals. We will assign a multidisciplinary team to your product of at least a Project Manager, Designer and Developer. Your Designer will work with you to create just the right image for your product and company. Additionally, the Developer will work with the Designer to create visual documentation of your product. This work will be used to acclimate the rest of the team and ensure a consistent vision.

Agile Planning

Now that we understand your product, our Business Analysts will prepare market research and evaluate your business model. In an Agile Planning Session, you will meet with our team to describe your product in User Stories. User Stories represent functionality that is valuable to you. They take the form: A user can action so that goal. We will assemble your Stories into categorized Backlogs. User Stories are estimated based on complexity, but are prioritized by you. Finally, we will organize Iterations a€” consistent periods of uninterruptible development.

Prototype

We are going to be making models of your application, designing user-interactions, usability testing, and the overall information architecture. During this phase we will observe people using the software and change how it is being used. The faster and easier it is to find and interact with the data your employees need, the more money you save in wasted time and poor customer satisfaction.

Implement

During the implementation phase we take all of our plans and prototyping and create the actual application. It is in this phase that we iteratively develop the backbone of your application. We will help prioritize features with you to maximize your return on investment and minimize waste. Throughout this stage of the process we focus on analyzing the usage of the application and applying the latest and greatest of quality control methods to the implementation.

Deploy

Setting up a feedback system is essential for proper deployment of the application. This feedback system will allow your customers and employees to communicate directly with us, until all the bugs have been scared away. Throughout the process stages until now, we were analyzing your traffic and preparing for this stage where we need to set your hardware and do end-to-end testing. Watching the application carefully during this stage is how we polish the application, making it as perfect as it can get.
